Actually i had some help from users in the old forum 🙂 But the best use of the forum (for me) is to keep an history of my topics so i can use them later... Which was not possible with your support ticket...

Have you guys heard of EasyDiscuss? It was developed by your fellow Joomla Developer called Stack Ideas. If you look at how EasyDiscuss works, for me it has a better UI and content management for me as a community user. And it was developed fully within the Joomla framework so I guess it would have saved you guys time to develop the integration with Joomla users to Flarum which this forum runs.

About time! I always felt it was a big mistake to move away from the forums. Them chat bots are too early days and useless! You had one of the best support services with your forums so this is really good news and will get me engaging with the products again as I had given up.
