As Spam test gives 10/10, I do not know what I could do other than ask my association members to take a gmail address.
I also noted down that the smtp code is the same for Laposte.net and neuf.fr. Laposte.net message is may be wrong "Warning: delay in receiving your emails. We inform our users that their email is currently experiencing slow-downs that could lead to significant delays in distributing emails in their Laposte.net mailbox. Our technical team is working on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
It may be the same "anti spam policy" as sfr/neuf?
