Upgrade Joomla 2 >> 3 - which Acy Starter Version is needed?

Hi,

I need to upgrade a Joomla 2 site to Joomla 3 (yes ... still ...).

Do I have to upgrade to an older version of acy starter before I upgrade to starter 6.1.5?
The current version in Joomla 2 is 3.6.0.
