User Profile after unsubscribe is empty

Hi,

i have some strange issue with unsubscribe, what i wasnt able to solve on my own.

I did setup as usualy unsubscribe link in my NEwsletter and related view under Interfaces Tab in Configuration. So far so good - on click unsubscribe from the Newsletter it loads properly screen with related options. But after i do select some unsbscribe option and submit the form it redirect to user profile page where all fields are empty.

If i add to the URL same URL parametrs as on previous page, then it loads data properly.

URL after submit unsubscribe form with empty profile fields: /component/acymailing/user
URL with manualy added parameters, that all fields loaded properly: /component/acymailing/user?subid=20&mailid=0&key=xxxxxxxx

Im using latest Joomla 3.16 with Acymailing 5.10.13 with Enterprise licence.

Please advise why after submit user data won't be loaded properly in profile.
