Template preview just gone

Hi there, it's just a small issue, but for my client important: I added some new templates with the drag and drop editor. After opening and saving some small changes the preview of one of the templates is suddenly gone. Can you help me show it again?

Sometimes this problem occurs due to server limitation.
Could you please give a new try and let me know?

What exactly do you mean, "give a new try"?
What I already tried:

logout - login
close and reopen the template
make changes, save and close the template
generating a new template with that template
deleting some old templates (due to your idea of server limitation)

nothing helped so far.
what else could I do?
