Error 403 when save a newsletter

I sent our last newsletter on 18 January 2020. Yesterday I copied the newsletter, changed the date and the content, after this I tried to save the new newsletter. As I tried to save, I got an error 403.

I'm already trying the following: I deleted the entire source text of the old newsletter and tried to save it. There was also an error message 403.

What could be the problem?

@akubiz Could you please navigate to

System > Global Configuration > System Tab and set Debug System=Yes
System > Global Configuration > Server Tab and set Error Reporting=Maximum

and try saving the newsletter again.
Let us know what error message do you see, along with screenshot if possible
