Hi,
In your global statistics you can select your campaign and see the bounbce rate. At present there is no way to select these users with a single click, but that will be added again by Acyba.
Meanwhile:
In your statistics there's an export button that will export all statistics to an Excel file. Once exported open a blank sheet in Excel. Go to the tab data and select "From text/.csv". Excel will properly import your data and applies filter options to the first row, so you easily can filter and select whatever you want.
In case you need to send mails based op clicks or opens or you want your bounced users to be added to a special list, you can use mass actions or automations and apply the statistics filter.
When you go to users and edit a user you can see the reason why the mail bounced. Note that "Out of office" replies are handled by the bounce system, but are not counted as bounces as they do no harm to the health of your list. You can have a look at the bounce rules and see how Acymailing is handling them and if users are set to inactive or entirely removed.
Please be so kind to open a new thread for new questions. This is not related to your original question anymore.
