I am new to Acy, but been with Joomla since Mambo. I purchased version 6 because in my experience, the versions with the higher numbers are usually the ones that are newest.

One of the primary features I purchased this software for was the ability to string together a series of follow up to a specific campaign. Reading the sales material, I was given to believe that was not only a feature, but something highlighted.

I can't find it. I've searched the documentation and it's not current. I've searched the forum, but it only goes back 20 days.

What did I purchase?

What you have bought is absolutely the best component money can buy. :-)

The features you mentioned are all present in the v5 version. V6 is the new version. Acyba decided to enable users to use the new v6 version while it is still under development. Part (or maybe even all) of the features you refer to will be available in the nex release, which I think is to be expected by the end of next week.

If you can't wait start with the v5 version and upgrade later on to the v6 version. The can co-exist on the same site. You can download either version from your account page on Acyba's website.

Regarding your remark about the forum you probably miss the history. Acyba had a forum, but stopped using it some time ago. Now the new v6 version is here they renewed their website recently and added a brand new forum 20 days ago,

Thank you for the explanation. That was not clear from the sales materials. Wish I hadn't wasted a day figuring it out.
I think I'll wait until V6 is fully baked. Don't mind Beta's, just don't want my customers to be part of the process.

I'm one guy. Most of the time, I have 2 or 3 projects on my plate that I would normally assign 2-3 people to comfortably. So I split me into about 10 and do the job. 🙂

Thanks again for the explanation. I'll keep a hopeful eye out. I have to say that after finding the version that actually did what I bought it for, things are going fairly well.
