Spam test problem

I would like to have help on the spam test of acymailing in joomla,
for a few days, it has not worked, I have this message:
The submitted private key (XXXX) does not match with the one from your account
Do you have an idea please?

Please raise a support ticket for this via Acuba's website (https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html) and include login credentials for your backend and ftp. It's helpful if you also include a link to this thread.
