No template on privacy popup and unsubscribe

Unsubscribe issue already discussed here: https://forum.acymailing.com/d/791-no-template-on-unsubscribe-page, but no solution.
And link to privacy policy in AcyMailing subscription form when set to open in popup is missing template.css
