It will show when it thinks it is a suspicious user or bot. So you don't need to bother legitimate users with it.
Google, Invisible reCaptcha analyzes activity on a job post (e.g. mouse movements and typing patterns) to determine if a user is a robot. Only the most suspicious traffic will be prompted to solve a captcha in order to submit an application.
