open email does not show any details

hi,
when I click on the figure in the column open email , i don't see any details stat.
It seems to that I can do this in the past.

Hi,

this should work without problems in 5.10.13. Can you check your console if you have any errors? If not, try to download 5.10.13 from Acyba's website and install it again. You can safely do that without loosing data or setting. though it is alway a good habit to make sure you have a backup.

I think it does not work on starter version, only in essential, isn't it?

That's correct, the Starter version only show the number of opens: https://www.acyba.com/acymailing/features.html#stat

You might want to consideer to upgrade, it's well worth the money.
