Paragraphs not showing

Hi, got an issue with paragraphs showing in the editor but being compressed in the final received mail.

Acyba 6.9.2
TinyMCE

I've seen a related post where it talks about clicking on the settings cog to add a custom style to the drag and drop editor which I don't seem to have.

Any idea how I can make it easier to format using TinyMCE, ie where I don't have to double paragraph everything to get it to be received properly?

Hi,

I don't have an answer for you, but the cog wheel you are referring to belongs to Acymailing's drag & drop editor. You are editing html templates, so the cog wheel is not present.

You might want to have a look at the drag & drop editor that comes with Acymailing.

Thanks, I see it now. The template I use is from v5 and doesn't appear to be available to be edited with the drag and drop.

Think the answer will be to create a new template for going forward.

Correct, v5 templates are not converted to the drag & drop editor. They remaim html templates.

The drag & drop editor is the future of Acymailing. So ot's definitly a good idear o have a look at it.
