I contacted you via the Contact form within my account TWICE, the first one about 10 days ago, but I have not got ANY answer at all from you. I had to stop sending my newsletter because the Cron task does not work and I cannot automatize the delivery.
It is unbelievable such a lack of respect for a client that has been using your products for years, but know that I will not renew my subscription unless you bother to do your job and give me a solution IMMEDIATELY.
I have a license of Acymailing Essential linked to the site https://www.acta.es. After upgrading the site with a new template your software keeps telling me the site has no license key assigned. I have already tried to assign it manually, introducing it in the Acymailing configuration in Joomla, but it still does not recognize it.
