Gmail warnings

I publish a weekly Acymailing 5 smart newsletter, and my primary email is Gmail. Each newsletter for 454 subscribers is received with an orange warning, saying that the email may not be from the sender (but it is). I have seen this issue raised here, but I see specific no solution suggested. Gmail's help is no help. I have tried routing the newsletter through SiteGround, my host, from an alternative email address, but the warning messages persist. Can anyone suggest a path? Thank you.

Hi,

That's probably because you're sending an email with a sender address set to your domain however emails are sent from your GMAIL account.
So GMAIL informs users about it 😉

My sender address is publisher@yourarlington.com, which is managed by SiteGround. This is the address in all cases in the AcyMailing config. Is there some other "hidden" part of the config that I should know about? Help me understand. Thanks.

Hi,

Your mail address is one thing and the server Acymailing is connecting to in order to send the mails is another thing. The server you ar using to send mails from should be authorised to do so in your SPF-record. Your SPF-record does not designate Google as an authorised sender. In case you send your mails through SiteGround you should also modify your SPF-record since "include:_spf.mailspamprotection.com" is missing. (You have setup MX records for mailspamprotection.com)
