Joomlacontent does not work after Upgrade to Acy 6 Enterprise

Hi,

I just upgraded a Acy 5 Starter Version to Acy 6 Enterprise.

We are using an indiviudual html template for the newsletter which was created with the Acy 5 Starter version, which also uses {joomlacontent: ...}. The newsletter created with Acy 6 does not show the Joomla Content with the command line but the command line itself, that is {joomlacontent:123 etc.}.

The Joomla content plugin ist activated.

Please provide me with more details. As I understand the newsletter created only contains the JoomlaContent tag and nothing else?

Hi Alexandre,

no, we use a html template which also contains joomlacontent, that is three lines joomlacontent.

I sent login data to the support to have a look at the backend yesterday, but have not heard anything yet 🙁. Unfortunately it is a bit of a time issue now.
