I know, but you are also aware that we are working constantly on the case and we never let you down to wait for a long time.
I am aware that you have clients too, but you also have to be aware that by reporting the same issue in multiple places:
- slows down your case resolution because instead of focusing on one issue, now we have to focus on the same issue in multiple places
- when you force us to reply on multiple places, you spend additionally our time and that time could have been spent on solving your problem or even a problem of some of our other users
- posting this kind of issue here leads you nowhere because users here can't help you with such issues. You need to provide super admin login details, and something like that is not advisable to do on a public forum
- because of point 3, we will have to reply here again and ask you to open a support ticket using our contact form. That leads us again to point 1 and 2
I hope you understand where I am heading with this
The important message is that by opening a multiple cases for the same issue just slows down support. That time can be well spent on your case or some other member case
