Hi Igor - thanks for helping. I'll attach a screen shot of the queue. I have just subscribed to the NEW list, which triggers the NEW automation with an email to go out within 60 seconds. However, in doing this, an email from the EXISTING automation with a different list, is also triggered, and so two emails are added to the queue. The second email has nothing to do with the first email. If I turn off the EXISTING automation, the NEW automation works as planned. When I turn the EXISTING automation back on, the NEW automation doubles up and sends a user from the NEW list an email from the EXISTING automation. This should not happen - and I can't work out what I'm doing wrong!! :>(
