Subscription module automatically filled

Hi
I can't remember how I can have the subscription module fields automatically filled with the values of the connected user?

On one site that I already made, the fields are filled but on a new website the subscription module fields remain empty

What should I check please?

Hi,

Open your module and open the tab "Options". There you have an option to toggle the information of the user on or off.

Thanks but I know this setting but even if it is set to YES no information is displayed in the acy module!
the fields of the form are name,email and I tried to log in with several active accounts.

joomla is 3.9.6, Acymailing is 5.10.7.

do you know where it could come from please ?

Have you checked if it is a caching issue by disabling your (module) cache?

sorry I didn't knwo you answered but yes I checked this too the the module cache is disabled. Again how can I grant you the access to the site ?
