  • AcyMailing Cron Report 54 messages processed: 50 successful, 4 failed

Hello,

This started not too long ago. How do I fix it? The emails come every 15 mins or so (sometimes 13 mins, something 17 mins, somethings15 mins)
Automated send process set to 120/15 mins (hostgator)
Wordpress and Acy up-to-date

Do you see any errors in your cron log file? You'll find it in Configuration->queue process.

Hello,

I am not sure where to find the cron file there. I do not see any error messages on that page. When I click the cron url, it just says:
AcyMailing Triggered at 24 July 2020 10:52
The system won't be triggered before 24 July 2020 10:58

You'll find the report in Configuration->Queue process:

Hi,

Please check if the option Save report is enabled.

If it already was activated let us know. If not, activate it and send out a mailing. If errors occur they should show up in the log file.
