Could not instantiate mail function.

we uses AcyMailing 6.12.1 on WordPress for Newsletters to 238 Members. Since the last update(?) after 98 Mails without error the 99th and all following mails produce an error "Could not instantiate mail function. => Next try in 60 minutes" in the log file. I had some calls with our provider (one.com) and they told me, they had a limit of 25 mails in 5 minutes (and I already had this limits in the queuing processs: send 25 mails all 5 minutes), but there must also be a limit of 100 "from the plugin"?! Are there any problems with hte latest AcyMailing version, sending more than 100 mails a day???

Thanks, but I already read this hints. I started sending again, but now I got 6 messages "could not instantiate..." (for 6 different mail addresses) and then the sending stops (although there are 18 addresses in the list for sending). And our provider says, it's a problem with the plugin.
