Scheduled Newsletters show in queue... but, don't go out?

When we schedule a newsletter... it run in the "Last Cron" report. IE. See below. BUT, the newsletter are not being processed in the queue??? Any idea?

Hello,

When sending scheduled newsletters, it takes at least two cron triggers to start sending the newsletter.
The first cron (the one 18 minutes ago on your report) added the scheduled newsletter in the queue.
The second one will send what is in the queue.
You will have to wait the next cron execution to see the sending start. Note that your cron frequency is once every hour.
