There is really no need to ask here in a community public forum if we received an email which you sent to the support using support ticketing tool
Please try to be patient while we reply. We have more than 40000 users, and we reply tickets in the order we receive it. When you add another reply to the ticket which is waiting in the queue waiting to be replied, such ticket gets sent to the end of the queue so this also doesn't help you to resolve your ticket faster
