Is customer service always so slow?

I've just subscribed, well 5 days ago, and I am still awaiting my License.
I have been in touch with support but there seems to be zero urgency in getting the problem resolved.
Has anyone else experienced the lack of support?

Can you tell me what is the email address you used to open a support ticket? I will check what is going on with your ticket

Our staff is reduced at the moment because of summer holiday so it is possible that guys didn't see it on time
