With OWA (ie the webmail version of Outlook), it is 100% perfect.

I really want to know whether there is a workaround, bc it is very annoying when one forgets to resize some image : in the Editor it seems fine, if you test on gmail or on OWA it looks nice. But on some other Email Software (like Outlook desktop) the image takes its full width in pixels literally, no matter the width of the newsletter itself. So breaking the layout...
