Yeah, I saw other posts where ACY decided to take back what they already sold by locking down the cron to live subscriptions. That's not where it started, but that's where it is today.

In 2013, we originally moved our entire CRM to ZOHO since ACY supported ZOHO. Then ACY stopped supporting ZOHO by not updating to ZOHO's new API's, and now we're back with manual data transfer. ACY's explanation? "We decided it's not worth it." They still have ZOHO in the ACY 5, even though it cannot work with ZOHO any longer. They did not even bother to trim it out. We never migrated to ACY 6 since it continues to be "in development".
Now we can't even get our installation to recognize the valid and current license copied from our ACY account.
