Link Kunena - Error 404

Hi if I link to Kunena threads in my newsletter, I get a 404 error message clicking on the link

E.g. If the link is https://www.waterwind.it/new/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=topic&catid=18&id=2216&Itemid=0

I got a 404 error.

What can I do?

Do you use a non-joomla sef extension like sh404SEF?

I don't use sh404SEF, but Jsitemap Pro: https://storejextensions.org/extensions/jsitemap_professional.html
Can that be the problem?

JSitemap just creates sitemaps, so that's unlikely the cause of your issue.

Which site are you testing exactly?

Demo site is a copy of live site. So, the issue is the same on both sites.

I would like you to understand which is the reason of the problem on the demo site, so that I can solve it on my live site,

But, if we can't proceed like this, let me know.

I am not sure to understand your question.
Anyway, if you open acymailing in demo site, you will see that I created a newsletter titled "trial with kunena link". If you check the preview of that newsletter, you will find the links to kunena forum threads that don't work.

Did you make sure that you have the latest version of Kunena plugin installed on the site?

I have the October 2011 4.0.5 version. I also tried to download it again from your website, and I reinstalled it, but I get the same result.

Could you please confirm you're using latest AcyMailing version?
Also, I can see you're using a really old Kunena version, I recommend you to update it ;-)

On my site, Kunena 5.1.19 is installed, which is the last version available... So, I don't understand why you sad that I use a really old version.

As for Acymailing, the version installed is AcyMailing Starter : 5.10.15.

Let me know for further considerations.
