JSitemap just creates sitemaps, so that's unlikely the cause of your issue.

Demo site is a copy of live site. So, the issue is the same on both sites.

I would like you to understand which is the reason of the problem on the demo site, so that I can solve it on my live site,

What would be the correct URL for Kunena on demo site?

I am not sure to understand your question.
Anyway, if you open acymailing in demo site, you will see that I created a newsletter titled "trial with kunena link". If you check the preview of that newsletter, you will find the links to kunena forum threads that don't work.

Did you make sure that you have the latest version of Kunena plugin installed on the site?

I have the October 2011 4.0.5 version. I also tried to download it again from your website, and I reinstalled it, but I get the same result.

Could you please confirm you're using latest AcyMailing version?
Also, I can see you're using a really old Kunena version, I recommend you to update it ;-)

If problem persists then please open a support ticket using our contact form

On my site, Kunena 5.1.19 is installed, which is the last version available... So, I don't understand why you sad that I use a really old version.

As for Acymailing, the version installed is AcyMailing Starter : 5.10.15.
