hi just got AcyMailing - Enterprise with front end and i have a few questions

everytime i create a newsletter it doesnt send immediatly. My server can send 200 per hour. Sometimes a day goes by and its not yet done. why?
why does it say the my cron has not been conifured or Your cron does not seem to be enabled, don't forget to create it! Go to the configuration. i dont see an area to create the cron, where is it?
status says Ready to be sent 19% what does this mean? do i need to do something? isnt it suppose to just send it and say sending 19%?
below the status, it says send now. what does this mean? do i need to click it?
what is the difference between the auto and the manual? how does it work eaxctly?

Hi,

Did you read the documentation? It';s al pretty well explained here: https://docs.acymailing.com/

In short, when you use automatic sending you need to setup your cron. It's not enabled by default. You can enable (Activate) it in Configuration->License. Please make sure your license key is added in Acymailing and that you have attached your domain to your license in your account settings on https://www.acymailing.com.

I have the same message "Your cron does not seem to be enabled, don't forget to create it!". But I don't understand why - I did the following:

license key is added
automated tasks are activated
I even set up a CRON task in the client's hosting account that should call the displayed URL once an hour

What check is taht message based on?

Hi,

Please try the following

empty the license key field under the License tab in the Acymailing configuration
save the configuration (don't click "Unlink my license" button)
with empty license key field, insert the license again and this time click the "Link my license" button
check if the Automated tasks on the License tab is activated.

Enabling the Autimated tasks means that our cron server is triggering your cron url. You have setup your own cron task on your hosting account. This means that you are at risk that the cron task will run in parallel, which is causing issues. So either disable the Automated tasks or disable the cron on your hosting account.
