Update error in new Joomla install

Joomla shows an update requirement, but existing and new versions show 6.14.1 ?

No, it won't update. I get the error meeage shon in the image I posted.
Also, I have to disable AcyMailing or the site crashes. Error: 0 Class 'AcymRouter' not found
