Hello,

System: Joomla! 3.9.8, AcyMailing Enterprise 6.1.6

I have two questions:

why is there no newsletter menu item anymore in the new version (in the dashboard), does everything now run on campaigns? Is there a documentation?

2 In the module (unsubscribe button), after a list has been unsubscribed, the following message appears:

 Error
 Please log in

Reference
You have successfully logged off

Why do I get an error message? The unsubscribe process from the list, but works.

Hi,

Yes, the campaign menu replaces the newsletter menu in version 5.
We're currently working on the documentation which will be out next week 🙂

For the unsubscribe button in the module I can't replicate the issue, could you please provide a screen of your set up in the module tab Advanced?

You have to put your email in the field email so AcyMailing will know which user to unsubscribe.

the screenshot of the front-end page, is a message, after the necessary input.

email address, list selection and privacy confirmation have been done before.
The error message says the newsletter list has been unsubscribed, but at the same time displays an error
message, as if you had to register as a user on the HP before. Why?
