Hello,
Not sure how well Acymailing is integrated with Elastic Email.
There is this issue I am encountering.
About 2 users marked the newsletter as SPAM, Elastic Email was able to catch this and unsubscribed the users from their end so they won't continue sending to the SPAM folder of said users.
I checked the records in Acymailing and the users were still subscribed so if peradventure a newsletter is not sent via Elastic Email these users would start receiving the newsletters again but in their SPAM folder. I believe this hurts the reputation of the website.
Is there a way the records can be synced correctly.

You are using wrong unsubscribe link
You can find correct unsubscribe link code on Elastic mail help pages

mihha Thanks for your response but I am not referring to the unsubscribe link.
First of all I am using the described unsubscribe link in the link you posted and YES it DOESN'T communicate with Acymailing. The unsubscriptions done via that link does not reflect in the Acymailing user dashboard. It only unsubscribe users from Elastic Email.
Secondly, I am referring to when the user marks the email as spam. The said users never unsubscribed but marked the email as spam.
I am guessing Elastic Email caught this and used their unsubscribe link to automatically unsubscribe the user but as Acy6 doesn't even register the normal unsubscribe process, it probably would not be able to handle this too.
You should activate the setting in elasticemail to return bounces. Next time you send an email to an unsubscribed contact you will get a bounce-mail from elasticemail. Use a rule in the bounce-processing to unsubscribe this from your acymailing list.
