Hi, I was looking for a full list of features for ACY 6 -- is there one available?
One of my clients uses a mailing CRM system that allows for customised Scoring rules to be created for various tasks, (e.g. 5 points for subscribing to a list, 2 points for opening an email, 2points for visiting web site), -- completely customisable, which empowers them to know their engaged users.
Is there a feature in ACY 6 that provides anything like this?
