Yes, they are grey, but they should be clickable.
Are you logged in as Super User? If not, did you set any limitations to user groups in Acymailing->Configuration->Security -> Advanced permissions?
Also, please update your Acymailing to the latest version. You're missing important fixes, improvements and new features. It will also prevent you from solving issues that alreeady have been solved.
