Acymailing enterprise

Hi,
I have a problem with joomla and acymailing. I planified many campaigns but in the queue they are all planified and not sent..... however, I planified one at 13:15 and it's passed but the campaign isn't sent.... do you know why?

Hi,

Make sure that you've correctly set your sending method in the configuration -> Mail settings
You can click on the button Send a test to see if it works.

Also, make sure that your cron job is created and working, you can do it in the configuration -> Queue process
