Automatic send process not working / Activation fails (AcyMailing 6)

When I try to activate automatic send process in AcyMailing 6 > Configuration > Licence > Automatic send process: Activate it
the message following message appears: "Could not set the automatic send for this website, please contact us for more information"
When triggering the cron job manually it works: https://www.institut-bildung-coaching.de/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron
triggering it from external (in my case Google Cloud Scheduler) it works as well. Nevertheless a scheduled send process doesn't work. The scheduled newsletter seems to stay forever.

Happy to get any helpful information. I am using the latest version of AcyMailing enterprise edition (6.16.0)

Hi,

It seems your server is blocking Acyba's cron server. Can you check if you're blocking ip's from France and/or this ip: 178.23.155.153

I found a solution. It looks like that firewall rules weren't the issue. But I saw that the the licence was linked to the http address of my site. I unlinked it and attached it again so that the https version as linked.

After that I was able to click on Activate it without any error message.
