Last version, attachment problem

After update I can no longer attach attachment into mail. To be precise I can add attachment, but after that, button "Save & Exit" or "Save & Continue" no longer works. Tested in Chrome & Firefox

Any ideas?

Well as I figure the problem is not related to attachment but to custom html template.
