Hello,
We have this error: The form could not be submitted TypeError: window[a] is not a function
Using 6.16.2 version.
How can we fix it?

I believe this issue has been fixed in the newest version of Acy6.

I had this same issue and upgrading to the latest version 6.16.4 did not fix it. My sign up forms are set up as joomla modules.
Interesting, though, what did fix for me was to go to
Components > AcyMailing > Subscription forms
From there I just created brand new module exactly like what I already had set up. - then I unpublished the original ones and published the newly created ones. The sign up form now works for me without the error. Although the modules do not show up in the subscription form page after they were created, but the forms now work on my website.

Haveing the same issue and error message. Did what jamirae suggested and now I get a different error:

"The form could not be submitted ReferenceError: submitAcymForm is not defined"

The Acymailing subscription forms page also states I have no subscription forms.

Check if you have a template override for AcyMailing Subscription form under your Joomla template custom overrides

if you do, please remove it and create a new one

The error only shows up in the module settings - tableless

We use this version: AcyMailing Enterprise 6.17.0

AcyMailing 6.18.3 with subscription form module for joomla 3.9.22

Could it be you have a page that holds an Acymailing subscription module and you're using a Acymailing popup as well?

There was a template override, that i didn't find few days before. Removing the ovveride fixed this problem. Thank you!

For me the solution it was much more simpler . Components -> Configuration -> Security -> Check database integrity and save
