Using jtags for filtering

Hi,
We heavily use the core tgas with Articles and DpCalendar
We need :

in a normal mail to be able to filter article bu tags for fing them
in a smart newsletter we need to be able to "select the 3 latest articles with the tags xxx, yyy"
