Can't activate the Automatic send process

I tried to activate the Automatic send process but it failed. I got this message: Could not set the automatic send for this website, please contact us for more information. How or where do I contact you (AcyMailing) about this?

Hi,

Please try this:

Go to Configuration->License and unlink your license. Click save, link your license and save again. Then activate your cron.
