Click tracking doesn't work

Hi,
I'm using your premium and the latest version for WordPress.
I tried to do a test by sending an email campaign only for me, but I see that the URLs inside the email is not routed from your plugin, the direct links I've entered are displayed instead (for a button, image, etc. inside the email content).
That's why the system doesn't count any clicks inside the emails. It's tracking only opens.
I enabled the option to track the email when I created the campaign. I also enabled tracking for the list. I checked also in "Configuration -> Data Collection" and set the option "Track clicks with
AcyMailing" as enabled, But I still can't get it to work.
Can you help me, please?

Hi,

What kind of links are you testing? In case these are links containing user information clicks won't be tracked as you would have a different link for each user. Regular links like the social ones or links to articles on your site should be recorded with the settings you mentioned.

That's correct. I inserted the first name of the subscriber inside the URLs.
When I remove it, the tracking is working.

Is there any option to insert user data inside URLs and still enable the tracking?

I'm glad you can confirm the tracking is working.

I'm affraid that's not possible, it would create an enourmous amount of unique links.
