Hi folks,

I have a list 'PaidMembers' on my site that changes all the time. I'd like send email to the PaidMembers about scheduled downtime and I want the recipients to be able to unsubscribe to messages about downtime. That is, I want separate unsubscribes for scheduled downtime (as well as other types of messages). What's the best way to manage that in ACY?

Hi,

The easiest way is to create a new list for that and sign up your subscribers to both. You can use the new list to send an e-mail about downtime and set a segment that they must be subscribed to your memberlist.

To handle already subscribed users you can run a mass action to add them to the new list.
