cita How can I edit the alt-text for images inserted in to a newsletter? This appears to default to the filename of the image but there doesn't seem to be any way to change this. This is important for accessibility and particularly important for emails as some email clients don't show images by default so all you can see is the alt-text. Thanks!

mihha This has been available and implemented for a long time When you add image, just edit Image description and it will be added as ALT parameter in the image tag In Wordpress, it is similar

mihha No, this is not yet working with Joomla 4 because default Joomla 4 media manager doesn't have this feature implemented Our developers are working on the solution for this problem
