1054 Unknown column 'mail.parent_id' in 'where clause'

HELP
I have the same problem: 1054 Unknown column 'mail.parent_id' in 'where clause' I use Acyba every week. Nothing changed. I tried to manage the database with the FIX but still cannot access Acyba.
I am an Enterprise user effective thru April 2021.

I had same problem. Turned out there was something left after uninstall of earlier AcyMailing components/plugin.

Joomla: Extensions > Manage > Manage.
Enabled the AcyMailing plugin/component, and everything worked.
