Ugly testmail from AcyMailing 6

Hi,

I configured ACYMailing 6 to send mail via SMTP/8-BIT/UTF-8 and got the following mail-content

Om du får det här meddelandet betyder det att din konfiguration är

I.e in swedish as expected but e.g. &aring insted of swedish ö. Perhaps something to fix to next version.
