c121mark Hello, When installed the most recent version we keep getting the error "Call to undefined function acym_rootURI()" I've tinkered with a handful of settings but can't seem to get it to resolve. I appreciate any help. Thank you
jvstratum Hi, Please login to your account and manually download the installation package. Uninstall Acymailing from your site and then install the package you've downloaded.
c121mark Ok I'll try uninstalling it first. Will this maintain the integrity of all my settings, custom templates, template thumbnails, etc? Thank you
jvstratum Hi, Uninstalling Acymailing does not delete your database tables. So yes, you will keep all your data and settings.
Formidog Same thing here: Call to undefined function acym_rootURI() Uninstalled the old version, deleted all tables from the database... installed new version: Same result! Call to undefined function acym_rootURI() I feel I'd better wait for a solution
jvstratum Formidog Hi, If you have a valid Essential or Enterprise subscription i suggest you raise a support ticket for this (https://www.acymailing.com/support/) we'll can have a look at it. Please include login credentials for your backend so we can provide quicker support. I have deleted your post in another thread where you've posted the same question. Please be so kind to post your questions only once. Thank you for understanding!
Sekulla I just tried to upgrade from 6.15 to the latest 6.18.3 and then the system crashed. 0 Call to undefined function acym_rootURI() Cannot not even log in to the backend. Site no longer working. This is an operational site and will now have to reinstall from last nights backup. A big mess.
Sekulla I changed the com_acym folders in both administrator/components and /components folder to com_acym1. This allowed my site front and back end to work again without having to restore from a backup as I have 2000 users and loads of new data from the last backup. So my site is working again but how do I role this back to Acymailing v6.15
mihha We have already fixed this problem in ticket Just the remark for the future. There is really no need to open the ticket about the same issue in multiple places. Especially if you have a valid paid subscription. Users with paid subscription should open ticket using our contact form to receive support for their issues Thank you for understanding!
