Hello I've had Acymailing for almost 10 years and this v6 is completely different that older versions. They've changed the titles to so many things and the interface is completely new with insufficient information in the docs and forums.
I am trying to create triggers and mass actions to automatically place all users to "All Users" list, then when user places an order the trigger should remove them from All Users list to a list named "Confirmed" orders. Once the order is fulfilled and the status is changed to Tracking Available, the trigger should remove them from that list and place them into a list called "Tracking Available".
The only tutorial online is here and my Enterprise v6 does not have ANYTHING close to this. I have searched each and every single option and dropdown. I do not have any drop downs with anything related to VM orders like my previous version had. See this tutorial. It is confusing as it's telling us that we need to download and install another plugin for Enterprise. Or am I wrong? They should at least leave the link there and thorough step by step instructions as to where we can find the additional add on to make this work. Can someone write back and let me know. I've been working on this for a week and the customer service is non-responsive leaving me with wasting a week of valuable time trying to find the answer on the forums to no avail.

) It doesn't show this interface on my Enterprise extension. What am I supposed to do and how am I supposed to download this VM order filtering option to my site?
