Subscription from lacks input fields

Hello,

We're using AcyMailing Starter 6.18.3 with Joomla 3.9.23. The subscription form module lacks all input fields like email and name, it shows only the submit button. The name field is the only one, which I can select in the modules properties.

Do you have a clue, how I can fix this ?

Hi,

In the module option you need to click in an empty part of the filed "Fields to display". You should then see all your other fields you can add.

Hello,

it isn't empty, the field "name" is selected, but will not shown in frontend. "Name" is also the only field, I can select there.

I realize this is an old post but found nothing current. I am having the same issue, and I also tried to click in the field but only name highlights. Was there a resolution on this?
