Bad website URL in licence check

Hello,

I have this message on one of my websites :

AcyMailing Enterprise - We did not find a licence attached to your website http://url.be

But the "http://url.be" is not the good adress of my website. Where can I change this ?

Hi,

Please unlink the domain from our website, under your account, Licence tab on https://www.acymailing.com

After that, please do the following
https://docs.acymailing.com/setup/configuration/license/relink-licence

This is written for version 6 but the principle is the same

After that, link the licence again to the site

Thanks but it doesn't work.
The url on the update Joomla extensions page always mentions the wrong address for my website. This is the url that allowed me to host the site during its creation.
Do you know where this URL is saved in Joomla ?

Hi,

Can you login to your account on https://www.acym,ailing.com and check on the license tab which domain is attaced to your license? If it's the wrong one unlink it there and then go into Acymailing->Configuration->License and link your license again.

I have the same problem. I copy my website local, to do the updates and put it on the server back. Acymailing shows the local domain, instead of the correct domain. I didn't find any config in Acymailing MySQL Data, so i assume it is in a config file? I think this is a Bug for your DEV Team and others will run in this problem too.

This is not a bug

The thing is that you installed AcyMailing locally and installation created update sites (Joomla feature using your localhost as the domain). Once you moved your site to the real domain, that update site is not updated automatically, because this is not something Joomla does

Remove AcyMailing entries in the Joomla Update sites and then manually install again AcyMailing installation package. That will create update sites with the correct domain and AcyMailing updates will work correctly in the future
