Our theme hasn't places for widgets, but we would like to have a page with the send newsletters. How can we make such a page like in Joomla? thanks in advance, Pete

I'm afraid that's not possible in Wordpress. For now, this is only available for Joomla websites as Wordpress currently doesn't provide a way to have front-end pages in plugins.
