scheduled emails do not start

Despite having purchased the license expiring in 13-11-2021, the chron does not work and the scheduled emails do not start.
Acyba Enterprise is updated to the latest version.

Hi,

Please check the following:

Make sure you have configured Acymailing->Configuration->Queue process the queue processing is set to automatic
Make sure you have attached your license key in Acymailing->Configuration->License. You'll find the key in your account on https://www.acymailing.com.
Make sure you ave enabled the automatic sending in Acymailing->Configuration->License.

If the above is correctly configured and tyour crom is still not working please follow these steps:

Go to Acymailing->Configuration->License
Unlink you license key and save the configuration
Link your license again and save the configuration
Activate your cron again

You have labeled this thread as v5. In case you are just starting with Acymailing, please consider to use v6 instead. Version 5 is becoming obsolete any time soon.

The schedule worked perfectly until about three months ago. It just stopped working. I have contacted support several times and no one has an answer. Some crons have already been suggested, none work for the schedule. The impression it gives is that this problem is in some Acymailing update. You need to recognize the mistake and correct it!

Acymailing 6 does not display module content. Acymailing 5 displays this.

I have to admit that I don't remember that you contacted support and that we didn't provide a help to your problem

Another thing that I can't but wonder is what would be the purpose of hijacking the forum topic which was opened more than a year ago, with comment which can be totally unrelated, in spite the fact that it talks about similar issue,

Please open a support ticket or reply to the one you already opened, so we can proceed in helping you if the issue is not yet resolved
